Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all rentals and bookings for The Pickle Robot services. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable practice experience for all residents.
Use of Facilities and Equipment
Rentals are for 30-minute sessions. You are responsible for booking your own court at Margaritaville. The Pickle Robot is not affiliated with the Margaritaville Pickleball Club or HOA. Equipment must only be used on designated courts with proper dividers (Courts 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, or 10).
Safety Rules
Safety is our top priority. Users should never stand in front of the machine while it is active. Eye protection is strongly recommended. Do not attempt to open or manually repair the machine. If an issue occurs, stop the session immediately and contact us.
Assumption of Risk
By using the Lobster machine, you acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport involving risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our equipment and release The Pickle Robot from any liability regarding personal injury or property damage incurred during your session.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund. In the event of inclement weather that prevents safe play, sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Your 30-minute window is fixed. Late arrivals will not result in an extension of the rental period. No-shows will forfeit their booking fee without a refund.
Damage/Loss Responsibility
The user assumes full responsibility for any damage to the machine caused by misuse or negligence during the rental period. Normal wear and tear is expected, but structural or mechanical damage due to improper use will be billed to the user.
Conduct and Sportsmanship
We expect all users to maintain high standards of sportsmanship and respect for fellow Margaritaville residents. Undue noise or disruptive behavior that interferes with other players is strictly prohibited.
Minors and Guardians
All players under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a legal guardian at all times. The guardian is responsible for the minor's safety and adherence to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
